Clarification about Annual Return questions regarding the Knowledge and Skills framework for Health and Care Staff (KSF)

Questions are included in the annual return about the Knowledge and Skills framework for Health and Care Staff, however, this resource has been delayed and is not yet complete.

The annual return questions are included to collect baseline information about the usefulness of the learning resource to the social care sector. The Care Inspectorate has no expectation that staff or services have completed the learning resource, at this time. The KSF is not mandatory.
