Digital Social Care Test of Change Showcase


The Digital Social Care Team of the Technology Enabled Care (TEC) Programme have announcd thier first Test of Change (ToC) Showcase. Throughout Autumn and Winter 2022/23 they will hold a series of shared learning events from successful Test of Change applicants, delivered by speakers representing each participating organisation.

Each organisation will speak about their ToC for 15 minutes, followed by a 10 minute Q&A session.

Winter vaccination programme to include social care staff


Social care staff of all ages who have a direct hands-on care role are eligible to receive a Covid-19 and flu vaccine this year. Appointment booking is open for frontline staff.

Frontline social care workers in the following settings are eligible for both vaccines:

  • residential care for children who are clinically vulnerable
  • community care for persons at home (including housing support, care at home services and personal assistants)
  • care homes/residential care settings for adults/older adults.
