Care Inspectorate welcomes final decision on Clachnaharry

The Care Inspectorate today welcomed the decision from the registered provider of Clachnaharry Care Home to drop its appeal at Inverness Sheriff Court against its enforced closure.  RDS Healthcare withdrew an appeal against closure required by Scotland's care watchdog.
