Proud to care - upcoming webinars for care professionals


We would like to invite people working in all care services to register for our upcoming webinar on lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans (LGBT+) inclusion in care settings.

The LGBT + community are a diverse group of people with different identities, experiences and needs. Understanding LGBT+ identities in care settings is important when delivering person centred care to ensure that people have better experiences and better outcomes, which meets their needs and wishes.

The webinar will take place on Tuesday 22 June from 10am - 11am.

A joint inspection of adult support and protection measures in Inverclyde has found clear strengths in ensuring adults at risk of harm are safe, protected and supported.

Graduate Diploma in Integrated Community Nursing


NHS Education for Scotland are running a new, fully funded, 2-year part-time practice-based programme designed for nurses working at level 5 of the Career Framework for Health (Agenda for Change Band 5 equivalent).   The programme is suitable for experienced or newly qualified nurses, nurses new to the community setting or experienced but with limited community-specific CPD and with or without a first degree.  Funded places are available for nurses working in care homes.
