NHS Grampian wishes to highlight that a new contract for all disposable and washable continence products has been awarded to iD Expert (Ontex) and will be changing in the near future.
New Exclusion Criteria for Childcare Settings (Daycare and Childminding Settings) December 2011
Health Protection Scotland have added the referenced guidance document to their website today.
The new Exclusion Criteria document provides specific information on types of infections common in children, exclusion periods, useful comments and websites. This is the document which is referred to on page 1 of the Infection Prevention and Control in Childcare Settings (Day Care and Childminding Settings) March 2011 issued earlier this year.
All relevant sevices should replace any existing guidance with the new Exclusion Criteria immediately and insert information contact details for their local Health Protection Team (HPT) in the section provided.
