The Care Inspectorate will be marking International Day Against Homophobia and Transphobia (IDAHO) which takes place on Sunday 17 May 2015.

We have published two new reports in relation to our approach to equality which will help demonstrate how we meet our obligations under the Equality Act 2010 (Specific Duties) (Scotland)

The Care Inspectorate has a duty to work towards equality. Putting people at the heart of everything we do and meeting people with fairness and respect are values which underpin all our work.
